1. Operator and scope

These Terms govern use of this website (the Website), operated by Thania Sanchez Velazquez, doing business as TFI Daycare Centers (TFI, we, us). Please read them before using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information practices; accepting these Terms does not replace any consent required by privacy law.

2. Information and inquiries

The Website describes our early childhood education methodology, franchise opportunities, and featured childcare centres. It is intended for adults, including prospective franchisees and parents or guardians. An inquiry, Franchise Profile request, or tour request does not reserve a territory or childcare place, approve an application, or create a franchise, partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

3. Franchise opportunities

Website materials are introductory and subject to availability, qualification, applicable legal requirements, required disclosures, and a separately signed agreement. They do not replace a legally required franchise disclosure document or permit a sale where legal requirements have not been met. Training, curriculum, territory rights, support, and other benefits are governed by applicable disclosures and agreements.

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, investment recovery, or business success. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not promise comparable results. Obtain independent legal, financial, and business advice before making a commitment.

4. Childcare services

Confirm program details, ages, capacity, fees, schedules, and availability directly with the relevant centre. Childcare enrollment, payments, withdrawals, health, safety, and pickup procedures are governed by that centre's separate agreements and policies. Website content is general educational information, not individualized medical, psychological, developmental, or other professional advice. Do not use the Website for emergencies or urgent childcare instructions.

5. Your submissions

Provide accurate information and submit another person's information only with proper authority. Do not send children's identifying details, health records, financial records, or identity documents through the general inquiry form. We will explain an appropriate process if additional information is needed.

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond through the contact details you provide; it does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Message delivery and response times are not guaranteed.

You retain ownership of your submissions. You permit us to receive, store, review, and respond to them as necessary for your inquiry, subject to the Privacy Policy. This does not authorize public promotional use of your identity, testimonial, or photographs without appropriate permission.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the Website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent or abusive content, send spam, introduce harmful code, bypass security, access systems without authorization, or collect information about children, families, staff, or visitors without lawful authority.

Website branding, text, designs, curriculum materials, photographs, and other protected content belong to TFI or their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law or written permission, do not reproduce or commercially exploit them. Website access and introductory materials do not grant a franchise or curriculum license. You may link accurately to public pages without implying endorsement.

7. External services

Links may open external websites or your email or telephone application. Unrelated third parties control their services and have their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our legal obligations concerning providers we engage.

8. Availability and accuracy

We aim for accurate, current information but errors and changes may occur. Confirm material details directly before relying on them. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Website features for reasonable maintenance, security, compliance, or business purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. This does not limit express commitments in separate signed agreements or non-excludable legal rights.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Website use or unavailability, including lost profits or business opportunities. This provision concerns Website use and does not limit obligations under separate childcare or franchise agreements. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory rights or liability for fraud or other non-disclaimable conduct.

10. Law, changes, and contact

Subject to mandatory laws and rights applicable to you, these Terms are governed by British Columbia law and applicable federal Canadian law, and disputes may be brought before British Columbia courts. We do not require arbitration or waive rights to use regulators, tribunals, or courts available under mandatory law. You may contact us to try to resolve concerns informally without giving up legal remedies.

Updates will show a revised effective date, with appropriate notice for material changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend separate signed agreements without their required process. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law.
